Hello, I am CJ Thomas. I’m an actor, poet, singer/songwriter, and occasional dancer. I feel I best express myself when I am acting and performing.  

 

Why did I want to become an actor?

I wanted to become an actor because I wanted to have a positive impact on anyone through the screen just like I was impacted. I find fulfillment knowing my representations and expressions are enjoyed by others. I also feel like I find out a little bit more about myself with each role I play. 

 

Who is your biggest inspiration in the industry?

My biggest inspiration in the industry is without question the late Chadwick Boseman. I remember as a child, how I would mirror him, and imitate him. He made me believe that I could dominate the industry with hard work and dedication. 

 

What’s Your favorite TV show?

My favorite TV show is Breaking Bad. I like the way Vince Villigan directs his shows, and I would love to have the opportunity to work with him in the future.

 

How's your favorite super hero?

​My favorite superhero is The Green Lantern. The ability to create anything with a ring is just so cool to me.
